medium sized enterprises in the construction industry to
use information technology to develop their business and
to make their business more profitable.
The output from CITA EIN Tech Check is a short report
focussed on the opportunities to enhance the business
and tailored to the circumstances of the individual
business.
The approach to the CITA EIN Tech Check is illustrated

This process will require
enterprises to
• Complete a simple on-line
questionnaire
• Meet with a CITA EIN consultant
for approximately two to three hours
to discuss the use of information
technology in the business
• Review and comment on a draft
report
